Kevin consistently steps outside his normal responsibilities to catch problems and take ownership of getting them resolved. Recently, he identified several customer orders at risk of being delayed and worked with the right teams to move them forward. His attentiveness and initiative helped orders ship on schedule, prevented another from being lost, and protected important customer relationships.

Both Bill and Eric stepped up in critical moments to keep operations running smoothly while an employee was out on leave. Bill quickly learned and operated the burn table to work through a heavy backlog while continuing to support the shop, ensuring production stayed on track.
Similarly, Eric took on a large UT job by learning the grooving machine on short notice, all while managing his team. His efforts ensured the order was completed with efficiency and quality, helping us meet customer expectations.

DJ has continued to be a dependable contributor on the dry line, consistently producing strong work while remaining willing to learn and support other areas as needed. He recently stepped up by traveling to our Texas facility to support operations and takes on new responsibilities and helping wherever needed.
