CON FORMS DIVERSION VALVES FOR CONCRETE PUMPERS

Con Forms Divisions Valves for Concrete Pumpers – Introduction:

Michael Cetnar, Technical Sales Representative with Con Forms, shows off some of the features of our V50HYDDD Hydraulic Diversion Valve. The Con Forms Diversion Valves are designed and built with versatility in mind. Pumpers can use the valve to: supply two placement lines from a single pump, place them at the base of a vertical rise to act as a shut-off valve, or use it in the clean-out process to empty your hopper or to add grout or slurry. Pressure of the hydraulic control system cannot exceed 2500 psi (172bar). The diversion valve body is rated at a nominal concrete working pressure of 3190 psi (220bar) when new.
