Con Forms has modified its current bracket design into a three-piece-split design to allow easy installation of its pipeline along a horizontal wall system. Uses the same “M” bracket as Con Forms Vertical bracket design, 170P17969. Designed for our Heat Treated 5” x ¼” wall pipeline. The bracket places the pipe centerline 6” off the wall so that couplings are easily attached. This cost-effective solution is easy to install and reduces expensive on-site labor.
HOW IT WORKS
First, you decide on the horizontal height off the wall you want to run your system. Second, you attach the split bracket and support along with the “M” bracket on the wall. Con Forms recommends two brackets within 6” of each side of the coupling on a ten-foot length of pipe. You can then install the pipe in the cradle formed by the components. Lastly, attach the second half of the split bracket to lock the pipe into place.
