Con Forms products are playing a role in one of Latin America’s most ambitious construction projects: Torre Rise in Monterrey, Mexico.
Currently under construction in the Obispado district, Torre Rise is projected to reach 484 meters (1,588 feet) upon completion, making it the tallest building in Latin America when complete. The 99-story building includes 94 above-ground floors of residential, office, and hotel space, plus a five-level underground parking structure.
During a recent site visit, Con Forms’ Latin American Sales Manager, Nicolas Cuervo, observed the scale and complexity of the concrete pumping operations supporting the build. Cemex (contracted by Postensa, the structural contractor for the developer Ancôre Development Group) selected Pumping Team México, and it has been the sole concrete pumping contractor at Torre Rise from the mass foundation pour to date (August 2026).
Con Forms pipe, valves, and accessories are being used as part of the concrete placement system operated by Pumping Team México. The company utilizes Con Forms equipment purchased through Construmac, Con Forms’ authorized distributor in Mexico, helping meet the demanding performance requirements of a supertall structure.
As of August 2026, construction has progressed to the tower’s upper levels, requiring concrete to be pumped through a vertical pipeline of approximately 1263 feet (385m) using a SANY HBT9050CH-5S stationary pump.
The project reinforces Con Forms’ continued involvement in iconic high-rise construction projects around the world.
As tower heights increase and pumping demands grow more complex, projects like Torre Rise underscore the importance of reliable, high-performance concrete handling systems and the value of close collaboration between contractors, pumping teams, distributors, and equipment suppliers.
