SHOTCRETE

CON FORMS HAS LONG RECOGNIZED AND SUPPORTED THE SPECIAL DEMANDS AND COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS OF THIS UNIQUE MATERIAL APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

Shotcrete and gunite have been used to apply concrete/mortar in various applications for over 100 years. Con Forms has decades of experience supplying the reliable components needed to perform this demanding placement technique. From pump to nozzle tip, we have the top professional components designed and built for both effectiveness and long-lasting quality performance.

At Con Forms, we take worker safety seriously.  Our shotcrete components meet or exceed all industry safety regulations and are audit tested to verify compliance.  The Endurance line of 2” and 2.5” hoses are designed for the small-line user with a market-leading 100 BAR working pressure rating.

We offer support for making component selections as well as engineering recommendations for when to replace components due to wear, including wall thickness minimums for reducers and elbows.

The newly redesigned forged, small-line heavy duty clamps carry a greatly increased 150 BAR pressure rating. This higher pressure rating gives greater peace of mind on every jobsite, every day.

The 2” shotcrete nozzle is specially designed to effectively blend the need for efficiency in spraying while minimizing user fatigue.
