The Con Forms Advantage HD hose is uniquely constructed for the conveyance of grout/concrete in extreme hanging applications. The Advantage HD hose is designed with a high-tensile strength, steel reinforcement cable. It resists stretching under extreme loading applications, but remains flexible.
The design and durability of the Advantage HD hose allow Con Forms to offer this large bore hose in any custom length up to 200' without any added hose connections.
The Advantage HD hose is the perfect solution for Drill Rig and Cast Piling applications.
The Advantage HD hose may also be considered for tremie applications where the reinforcement cage inside the form is too tight for coupling connections.

WHY THIS SOLUTION WORKS FOR GROUT PUMPING APPLICATIONS
A heavy spring is attached to the ferrule & leads down the hose, adding rigidity to the hose at the connection.
The Kink-Resistant hose is designed with a helical steel coil fitted to the hose's exterior and typically welded to the inlet end hose ferrule. The coil encompasses the first 42" of the inlet end of the hose. While there are several applications that benefit from this product, the most useful placement is flexible grout/concrete delivery hoses that make direct connections between the Track-Mounted Grout/Concrete Pumps and Drill Rigs.
